During the course of this project, separate Public Involvement Centres have been held for contracts 1 to 3.

Public Involvement Centre for Contract No. 1
A Public Involvement Centre (PIC) for Contract No. 1 was held on September 12, 2006, at the Travelodge Hotel, Greenery Room at 1376 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A Design and Construction Report for Contract No. 4 was filed for a 30-day public review period from November 11 to December 10, 2011.

Public Advisory Committee and Municipal Technical Advisory Committee

A Public Advisory Committee (PAC) and a Municipal Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) have been formed for this project, to facilitate continual communication with the member of local community associations and municipalities, and other interest groups. Committee members includes representatives of community associations and municipal staff representing various offices, i.e., emergency services, transit operations, transportation, etc., and representatives from other groups with greater transportation interests.
